Our practice has long focused on litigation , commercial, corporate, real estate, and tax matters. As one of the largest firm in west central Indiana, we continue our full-service practice which includes mass tort/environmental, insurance defense, product liability, personal injury, insurance coverage litigation, estate planning, real estate, title insurance, health and hospital law, creditor's rights, small business, commercial, probate, criminal, and family law.

Our lawyers also practice in a variety of business -related fields, as well as in personal financial and estate planning. We assist governmental entities in a variety of tasks, including creation of personnel manuals, management of litigation, personnel issues and general representation on matters involving governmental administration at the local level. We also regularly represent clients who require assistance in addressing matters to local, state or federal government officials.

Regular counsel is provided to hospitals, physicians and physician groups, affiliated health-care organizations, and peer review organizations. We help our clients navigate the complex and highly regulated area of health care law, including state and federal statutory/regulatory requirements. Several lawyers in the firm regularly defend hospitals, physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice litigation.

The firm represents both secured and unsecured lenders whose claims are jeopardized by borrower insolvency.
