George O. Dix entered the practice of law with the firm he founded in 1898. Today that firm is known as Wilkinson, Goeller, Modesitt, Wilkinson & Drummy. Bankruptcy and creditors' rights


The firm represents both secured and unsecured lenders whose claims are jeopardized by borrower insolvency. Litigation and arbitration


Wilkinson Law has an experienced litigation team with years of jury trial experience. The firm also has attorneys certified as mediators by the Indiana Supreme Court. The firm is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Co. and conducts extensive work in abstract examination, title insurance, document preparation and real estate closings. Our attorneys provide counsel on subdivision ordinances, associations and tax abatement. Financial institutions, business clients and individual clients have engaged the firm for assistance in buying/selling real estate. We represent a variety of clients, from individuals to financial institutions and corporations in real estate matters. The scope of work we provide covers an extremely broad range, from the purchase of a new residence to the financing of a multi-million dollar commercial project.
